Modern life has made it difficult to get to know ourselves and each other. It requires us to be “disembodied” in some way. The pace which we are expected to live and the structures that dominate our lives actually require us to numb ourselves and rely on habituated patterns.
 

What is Embodiment?

  • Attending to and cultivating all your senses
  • Becoming centered and attuned to the present moment and the world around you
  • Feeling your connection to others and the world around you
  • Aligning your actions with what’s important to you
  • Paying attention and tending to your awareness, breath, movement and energy (not just thoughts)
  • Living your life consciously and not controlled by conditioned or habituated responses

 

What is Different About Embodiment Coaching?

  • Embodiment coaching centres the information that lives in your nervous system and physiology (not just your thoughts or mindset)
