Work With Me

Explore the Somatic Coaching Suite : Four Relational Somatic Journeys

Life asks a lot of us — in work, relationships, and the everyday challenges that test our focus, resilience, and presence. This coaching suite offers four pathways to reconnect with your body, your nervous system, and your own capacity for choice and clarity.

Each of these options is offered as a 3-session online container (60 minutes each).
We’ll move slowly, with plenty of space for integration, reflection, and gentle experimentation.

Whether you want practical tools to stay grounded under stress, a deeper relationship with your breath, rituals that mark what matters, or insight into the stories your body carries, each offering helps you show up more fully, respond with awareness, and move through life with strength and ease.

Somatic Skills: Everyday Tools for Living in Your Body

Living in a body can be complex. Stress, pressure, and old habits often leave us disconnected from what we actually need. In Somatic Skills, we slow down to learn gentle, practical tools that support you in daily life — so your body feels like an ally, not a battleground.

You’ll practice foundational somatic tools for grounding, locating yourself, resourcing, and boundary awareness — always at your own pace, with space for curiosity and compassion.

Why This Approach Is Different

Most skills training is focused on cognitive strategies or quick fixes. In somatic skills we build capacity in your nervous system, so the learning becomes embodied rather than something you have to try to remember.

This is for you if you want to:

  • Develop nervous system skills for regulation responsiveness and resilience
  • Build a toolkit you can use in relationships, parenting, leadership, or creative work
  • Learn practices that don’t override your body but meet it where it is
  • Build a toolkit that helps you recover faster and respond with choice, not reactivity

Somatic Skills: Everyday Tools for Living in Your Body

Focus: Practical, gentle tools for grounding, resourcing, and regulation.
Approach: Quiet, exploratory practice; noticing body intelligence; skills that can be applied daily.
Who it’s for: People wanting nervous system tools that actually stick, without force or overwhelm.
Container: 3 online sessions (60 min each).

Somatic Breathwork: A Gentle, Attuned Way Back to Your Breath

Your breath is not a problem to solve, it holds deep intelligence.
It’s shaped by your life experiences, your relationships, and your adaptations. In somatic breathwork, we don’t rush to “fix” or force it. Instead, we slow down enough to notice what’s already here — and to listen.

This work is not about overriding your natural rhythm or chasing a big emotional release. It’s about building a relationship with your breathing patterns, so you can meet them with compassion, curiosity, and choice.

Why This Approach Is Different

A lot of breathwork is designed to do something to the breath — speed it up, slow it down, intensify it. This work is designed to be with the breath and gently explore new possibilities.

This is for you if you want to:

  • Develop a kinder, more trusting relationship with their body
  • Reduce the sense of conflict between “how I should breathe” and “how I actually breathe”
  • Learn tools for regulation that don’t involve force or overwhelm
  • Connect more deeply with themselves in a safe, consent-based way
  • Deepen their existing breathwork practices and explorations

Somatic Breathwork: A Gentle, Attuned Way Back to Your Breath

Focus: Observing your breath with curiosity and compassion, not forcing or fixing.
Approach: Quiet exploration, relational, trauma-informed.
Who it’s for: People wanting to build trust with their body, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness.
Container: 3 online sessions (60 min each).

Somatic Ritual: Morning Altars as a Practice of Belonging

Rituals are not about performance — they are about presence.

In Somatic Ritual, we explore the Morning Altars practice (created by Day Schildkret): the art of making impermanent, nature-based mandalas as a way of listening, honoring, and marking the passages of your life.

This is a practice of slowing down, gathering what the earth offers, and arranging it with attention. It is as much about what happens in your body as it is about what ends up on the ground.

We’ll invite your breath, your senses, and your hands to join in creating simple rituals that connect you to the cycles of nature, your inner rhythms, and what matters most right now.

Why this approach is different

This practice meets you right where you are. By working with natural materials, you:

  • Root yourself in place, season and cycles
  • Mark transitions, grief, or joy in tangible, embodied ways
  • Discover beauty in impermanence and change
  • Create a ritual that doesn’t require special tools — only presence
  • Weave meaning into ordinary days, through simple, heartfelt gestures

This is for you if you want to:

  • Bring more reverence and rhythm into everyday life
  • Deepen their connection to nature and their body
  • Practice marking change in a way that feels grounded and creative
  • Build rituals that are simple, authentic, and embodied

Each session offers you the chance to listen more deeply, create more freely, and remember your body’s place within the wider cycles of life.

*This offering is inspired by the Morning Altars practice created by Day Schildkret. I honor his lineage of work and the teachings he has carried into the world. In this container, I bring my own somatic lens — guiding you to experience Morning Altars not only as a creative ritual, but also as a way to listen to your body, your breath, and the cycles of life.

Somatic Ritual: Morning Altars as a Practice of Belonging

Focus: Day Schildkret’s Morning Altars practice — creating impermanent, nature-based altars to mark life’s cycles.
Approach: Gentle, body-focused exploration, noticing and honoring what arises, not performing.
Who it’s for: People seeking connection to nature, cycles, and ritual in a simple, embodied way.
Container: 3 online sessions (60 min each).

Acknowledgment: Inspired by Day Schildkret’s work, integrated with a somatic lens.

Somatic Stories: Listening to the Narratives Your Body Holds

Your body carries stories — some inherited, some lived, some unspoken. In Somatic Story, we create space to listen to these narratives not as problems to fix, but as wisdom to be honored and understood.

We’ll use gentle awareness practices, guided reflection, and body-based inquiry to explore how your body expresses its stories — and how those stories shape the way you move, relate, and imagine your future.

Why this approach is different:

We are often told that to change our lives we can try and change the narrative in our minds – but this ignores where real transformation happens – the body. Somatic Story examines the physiological organizing that has happened over the years. We access not just what is intellectual but what is subconsciously held in the body and nervous system.

This is for you if you want to:

  • Recognize the stories held in your body without judgment
  • Gently release and transform narratives that no longer serve you or your goals
  • Develop compassion for the survival strategies you’ve carried
  • Begin writing new, embodied stories rooted in choice and aliveness

Each session allows time for reflection, exploration, and integration.

Somatic Stories: Listening to the Narratives Your Body Holds

Focus: Exploring the stories your body carries — habits, memories, survival strategies — with curiosity and compassion.

Approach: Gentle observation, guided reflection, somatic inquiry; no judgment, no rush to change.

Who it’s for: People wanting to understand and slowly reshape embodied narratives.

Container: 3 online sessions (60 min each).

Embodiment Coaching for Men

Is this work for men? Absolutely. Men face a particular set of challenges when it comes to embodiment due to training and cultural pressures to not feel or be vulnerable, to not show emotion, to be rational and solve problems and to ignore many parts of themselves. Many of these pressures on men actually require disembodiment to function.

Men can start to organize around a very static definition of masculinity: provide and protect. While these are invaluable skills, they become an overused pathway and are limited in the broad scope of a human experience. This limited definition requires living in the intellect or rational mind and ignoring the sensations and wisdom of the body and nervous system.

Living this way can become unsustainable and start to drain us of our aliveness. We begin to rely only on outside sources for regulation, rather than our own nervous systems.

Many men are very successful in their businesses or financial lives but are struggling with stress, energy management, relationships or accessing joy or satisfaction. Others feel rich in relationships but struggle to find purpose or vocation.

After working with many veterans and retired police officers over the years, I witnessed how this training had an impact on men up close and personal. Overwhelmed by trauma and the pressure to be strong, living this way could not be sustained.

Whether you are curious about how Somatics can add to your existing practices or want to deep dive into some major challenges or patterns you notice in your life, somatic skills can offer another pathway of exploring how to improve your quality of life, and develop a new and healthier relationship with your body.
