This is a working session, not a sales call.

  • Two 60-minute private sessions (online)

Introductory Package

Option 2: Nervous System Mentorship

A longer-term, private container for men who want to build steady, repeatable nervous system capacity and deepen embodied skills.

This work supports you to:

  • Regulate stress without shutting down
  • Stay present under pressure instead of reverting to old patterns
  • Improve emotional intelligence and availability
  • Lead and relate with steadiness and curiosity
  • Make decisions from clarity rather than urgency

Includes:

  • Bi-weekly private sessions
  • Online or hybrid format
  • Personalized practices
  • Ongoing skill development
  • Periodic progress reviews
  • Personalized session summaries
  • Optional check-in support between sessions

Length: Approximately 3 months

NERVOUS SYSTEM MENTORSHIP

Focus: Nervous system regulation and expanding capacity under pressure.

Approach: In depth practice and skill development.

Who it’s for: You want to dive deep into the work and make some real change.

Container: Bi-weekly sessions for three months (6 sessions) with support between sessions.

Somatic Experiencing ™

About Somatic Experiencing ™

You may have been referred by an existing client or a healthcare professional, or you may be seeking in-person or online Somatic Experiencing ™ sessions.

My clinical practice focuses on nervous system regulation and the exploration of stress-based and trauma-related patterns. I work with individuals experiencing chronic pain, injury, stress-related conditions, and persistent behavioral or physiological threat responses such as freeze, fawn, flight, or fight. This work is particularly helpful for those who have insight and done some exploration but find their patterns persist at a physiological level.

Sessions integrate somatic education, guided awareness-based practices, and hands-on somatic bodywork (if in-person). This approach supports increased interoceptive, exteroceptive and proprioceptive awareness, the identification of habitual patterns of tension and contraction, and the gradual metabolization of stored stress responses within a regulated and contained framework.

Hands-on work may be used to support tissue awareness, pain modulation, completion of survival responses and the client’s capacity to stay present with sensation. Clients remain fully clothed and are active participants throughout the session, with an emphasis on developing awareness of both internal states and the external environment.

I offer in-person sessions at my Halifax clinic Tuesday through Thursday. While I do not provide direct billing, receipts are available for submission to extended health insurance plans under massage therapy. Online sessions are available Tuesday through Friday and are not eligible for receipts for insurance.
